During the warranty period, if a product exhibits or develops a quality issue and it is confirmed by both parties to be the company's responsibility, the company will appropriately handle repairs, replacements, or returns, with all reasonable expenses borne by the company.

If the quality issue is caused by the user's responsibility, after confirmation by both parties, the company will also actively assist in resolving the issue and make efforts to meet the user's requirements.

If the ordered product exceeds actual needs or cannot continue to be used due to design changes, our company will actively cooperate with the user to properly handle the aftermath.

If the user requires technical guidance during installation or use, our company will promptly send professional technical personnel to provide service and meet the user's requirements.

If the buyer can prove that the product was installed and used correctly according to the company's recommended method, and can prove that the product itself has defects in design, materials, or workmanship, and submits a written application to the company, we will recall the defective product for free repair, replacement, or provide a full refund at the order price.
