Description
The ZSHO/ZDRO series O-type shut-off ball valve adopts a two-piece structure for small diameters and an optional three-piece structure for large diameters. The valve body consists of main and secondary bodies. The ball adopts a full-bore design with a high rated flow coefficient and low flow resistance.

The plug of a ball valve is a spherical element with a circular through-hole along its axis. When the ball rotates 90 degrees, its spherical surface covers the inlet and outlet ports, thus shutting off the flow. When rotated back, the through-hole aligns to allow medium passage. The inner cavity of the ball provides a low-flow-resistance, full-port flow channel for the medium.
