Description
The ZSH(DR)VE series eccentric ball valves utilize a unique eccentric structure, characterized by compact design, excellent sealing performance, and long service life.

The valve body uses integrated casting technology, resulting in a compact structure, small size, and good pressure resistance.
Eccentric V-type Ball Installation. When closed, the ball generates an eccentric force that presses the ball tightly against the sealing ring for optimal sealing. When opened, the ball quickly separates from the sealing ring, effectively preventing wear on the sealing ring.
Available in soft seal and metal seal to meet different working conditions. Sealing surfaces overlaid with Stellite alloy can be used for more demanding conditions.
The eccentric structure significantly reduces operating torque and increases the allowable pressure differential of the valve.
The valve serves both control and shut-off functions and are widely used in industries such as chemical, electric power, textiles, food, pharmaceuticals, and papermaking for process medium shut-off or control.
