Description
The ZSHZ/ZDRZ series pneumatic/electric eccentric rotary valve consists of a pneumatic piston actuator or electric actuator and an eccentric rotary valve. This valve is an rotary travel control valve that controls fluid by rotating a partial ball valve disc around an eccentric axis. The ball and sealing ring feature a unique eccentric structure, offering a compact structure, excellent shut-off performance, and long service life. It integrates both control and shut-off functions.

Eccentric rotary valves are mainly used for flow regulation and shut-off in pipelines in chemical, metallurgical and other industries. They feature cast steel / stainless steel valve bodies and eccentric plugs, paired with soft seal / metal seal assemblies, and can be equipped with pneumatic / electric / rolling diaphragm actuators. The eccentric structure reduces wear between the plug and seals, ensuring reliable sealing.
