The 2025 "Yongsheng Cup" CNC Lathe Skills Competition, held in Fuyang District, Hangzhou, came to a brilliant conclusion recently. Co-hosted by local government and labor authorities in Fuyang, the competition was co-organized by Zhejiang Yongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. and other supporting institutions.

Theory Test: Testing Professional Foundation with Precision

Theory is the cornerstone of practical operation. In the first theory test session, competitors remained calm and focused, answering questions with careful consideration. The test covered core knowledge such as CNC programming skills, mechanical processing principles and equipment safety standards, comprehensively assessing their professional theoretical reserves. From basic concepts to practical applications, every question was a test of daily accumulation. With their fingers flying over the keyboard and careful review of questions, the competitors laid a solid foundation for the subsequent practical competition with their solid theoretical skills.

Opening Ceremony: Gathering Elites to Ignite the Competition

On the morning of November 16th, the competition kicked off at Fuyang College. Zhang Yongliang, Chairman of YSMETER, attended the scene in person to cheer for the competitors, encouraging them to show their best skills and pursue excellence.

The practical test site was a spectacular display of skill! The sound of running machine tools echoed constantly, and the competitors skillfully clamped workpieces, wrote programs and performed precise cutting—every movement was smooth and seamless. Measuring dimensions, adjusting parameters, optimizing processes, they did not miss any details, striving to turn every workpiece into a "masterpiece". The flying iron chips were a medal of their efforts, and the precise dimensions were a proof of their strength. The competitors interpreted the spirit of "pursuing excellence" with their exquisite skills.
