Control Valve is a key device in industrial automation process control for regulating parameters such as flow rate, pressure of media. It is widely used in chemical, power, metallurgical and other fields. It automatically adjusts the opening by receiving signals from the control system to achieve precise control of process parameters.

 

Industrial Control Valves for Process Applications

YSMETER manufactures industrial control valves for regulating flow, pressure, temperature and liquid level in automated process systems. Our product range includes intelligent single-seat control valves, pressure-balanced control valves, cage-type control valves, three-way control valves, angle control valves, micro-flow control valves, fluoroplastic-lined control valves, high-pressure control valves and cryogenic control valves.

Available with pneumatic or electric actuation, these control valve solutions can be configured for different media, pressure drops, temperature ranges, control signals and shutoff requirements. They are used in petroleum refining, chemical processing, power generation, metallurgy, LNG, coal chemical, pharmaceutical and other industrial applications where stable process control is required.

Each control valve should be selected according to the actual operating conditions rather than nominal pipe size alone. YSMETER can assist with valve body selection, Cv or Kv sizing, flow characteristic, trim configuration, actuator sizing and accessory matching based on the customer’s process data.
