Description
The valve body is composed of a single piece, with a full-bore ball featuring a high rated flow coefficient and low flow resistance. The ball surface undergoes a special hardening process, resulting in a smooth and wear-resistant surface. The valve seat material is carbon fiber reinforced PTFE or stainless steel with a cobalt-based alloy overlay/hard alloy coating, ensuring excellent sealing and a long service life. The actuator utilizes a high-performance double-piston rack and pinion mechanism, offering high transmission efficiency and a compact structure.
