Description
The ZMQF/ZSQF series pneumatic bottom valves adopt an integrated direct-flow structure. The valve body has a streamlined, obstruction-free flow path, with the inner surface of the flow path treated with sandblasting for a smooth, wear-resistant finish that minimizes flow resistance and eliminates dead spots.

Vertical installation to minimize interference zones.
Smooth fluid flow channel with low flow resistance.
Capable of extending into the reactor to reduce material accumulation areas.
The upward-spreading type bottom valve relies on medium-assisted sealing for excellent sealing performance.
The soft seal ensures zero leakage, while the metal seal is made of overlaying STL alloy, making it suitable for high-temperature and solid particle-laden medium in harsh conditions. For food-grade medium, the inner surface is coated with Teflon, offering excellent corrosion resistance and meeting sanitary standards.
